From the balcony of your beautiful Las Perlas Beachfront Condominium you can marvel at the amazing Pacific sunsets or enjoy an unobstructed view of four miles of beautiful Nicaragua coastline.   In the first light of early morning, meander between the rocks and  tidal pools that are located directly in front of your condominium and search for tiny sea creatures that scurry about.  Or simply enjoy a cup of rich Nicaraguan coffee and watch the crashing surf from your balcony.

At the southern end of the Las Perlas property surfers ride the waves at one of the best surf locations in Nicaragua.  The surfing has been described as “world class”.  Or walk a few feet north of the condos and splash in the waves of one of Gran Pacifica’s several swimming beaches.

Our beautiful ocean front swimming pool is a great place to enjoy some water aerobics or simply perch yourself on one of the pool bar stools and watch the world go by.  How about a refreshing drink at sundown as you lounge in the adjoining spa pool while the water jets massage your weary muscles?

For those a little more adventurous, you can explore the more than three miles of Gran Pacifica coastline by horseback.  You can rent horses by the hour or by the day.

And when you are ready for some great seaside dining, savor one of the dishes that Chef Fred will be preparing at the Las Perlas Restaurant or wander over to the adjoining Captain Henry’s Bar and try a grog of “Pirates Punch”.

Gran Pacifica’s Golf course will be open for play in the fall of 2008.  The par three fourth hole will feature a challenging shot to the ocean front green.  Your golfing skills will be put to the test.  You can also schedule a day trip to one of the many interesting places Nicaragua has to offer.  The city of Managua with its many restaurants and new shopping malls is only an hour and fifteen minutes away.
